Dispatch conditions
Deliveries are made within Germany.
Dispatch shall not be made to the German Islands.
Dispatch shall not be made to the following foreign islands: Corsica, Azores, Madeira.

Delivery periods
Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 3 - 5 working days, in case of foreign deliveries, within 5- 7 working days after the order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
Please note that the indication of working days refers to Germany, therefore, in case of German public holidays, the processing will be delayed accordingly.

Further details on payment
We reserve the right to make the delivery only against prepayment via transfer in isolated cases.
If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
